The difference between DALI 1.0 and DALI 2.0 is quite obvious. At present, the main products are Dali 2.0 products, and the standards are also very perfect. The main differences are:


1. DALI1.0 supports single host mode, and DALI 2.0 supports multi host communication;


2. DALI 1.0 control device has no bench test sequence and cannot be certified. DALI 2.0 control device has IEC62386 part103 and part3xx standards, and the bench test sequence has been published one after another.


3. DALI 1.0 has a simple test process, which can not ensure certain product compliance or product compatibility. DALI 2.0 adds a test process to ensure stronger product compliance and compatibility.


4. In the certification part, DALI 1.0 only reviews the basic product information, and Dali 2.0 test results need to be reviewed by DiiA.


5. DALI 1.0 is not easy to check the authenticity of the certification of control components. DALI 2.0 only DiiA members can certify products, and only certified products can carry certification marks. All certified products will be listed on the DiiA website.
